Please Note: All requests for records production should be accompanied by the appropriate subpoena, legal process and/or documentation and must name “Clarity Networks Pty Ltd” or Clarity Networks LLC as the service provider. Also, all requests must include the sender’s name (and for criminal investigations, the law enforcement agency name), address, email address, and telephone number. Because Clarity Networks does not generally provide service to end-user customers, its response may only include the name and contact information of the wholesale customer to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier, service provider, or reseller to obtain subscriber or other information.
